"Before I met Ethan Hall in 2001, I worked with several dog trainers. Some were better than others but overall I was disappointed. They wouldn't show up on time or at all. Some had ego problems. I even tried paying top dollar hoping for professional training. I quickly found out top dollar was no guarantee of a top trainer. Then I met Ethan. Ethan is the total professional dog training package. In addition to being knowledgable, honest, patient, reliable, a good listener and excellent problem solver ~ he has a genuine gift. A unique ability to convey his expectations, kindness and authority that quickly creates a bond of mutual respect and trust between trainer and dog. I couldn't have asked for more. Training with Ethan improved the quality of life for my pets and my family."

"My wife and I first met Ethan Hall because of a Yorkshire Terrorizer. THe canine in question, named Shelby, is the apple of my wife's eye, and a remarkable example of how pure breeding can result in exceptional display of species characteristics, in this instance, total recalcitrance to any meaningful discipline whatsoever. Shelby defied repeated efforts to train her to do anything not suited to her whims of the moment.
When we met with Ethan, a few weeks produced a change that was simply remarkable. With patience and firmness, and an obvious profound knowledge of and love for his canine charges, Ethan taught us to work together in impressive cooperation. The actions are simple ones that make every day easier for a family that includes a dog. The cooperation and responsiveness from a previously intractable Yorkie...
An accident of my professional background; however, leaves me with a greater basis on which to asses Ethan Hall. As Director, for ten years, of U.S. drug control assistance programs in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Mexico, I was responsible for financial and professional assistance to canine drug detection and police patrol and guard dog units in those countries. I had repeated occasions to work with professional trainers and specialists from the U.S. Customs Service dog training at Front Royal and the Lancashire Constabulary dog training facility in the United Kingdom. In those years, I never saw a professionally trained working police dog a well trained, responsive and capable as dogs I have seen Ethan work with. He is clearly capable of providing canine training that meets the highest standard of professionalism expected of U.S. and foriegn canine law enforcement units. Ethan could easily manage a large and effective professional law enforcement canine training program. I feel most fortunate that his professional capabilities were also able to work so well with the Yorkie with whom today I share a roof."

"Ethan is an excellent trainer and has proven himself with several rescue dogs which we sent to him for training. These dogs went to him with issues created by former owners. Ethan was able to bring the dogs back and ensure that they would become good canine citizens."

"Ethan receives my highest recommendation as a trainer. His positive approach to training, patience, skills and comprhensive knowledge of dogs (and owners) is unmatched and has resulted in 4 obedient, happy dogs in our household. We have worked in both private and group training sessions, all with excellent results. We have referred others, including family members who have also had excellent results and would not hesitate to continue to send others to Ethan."
